Each company must produce good and quality product, here the role of quality control is clearly visible. The production quality of a company depends on the services of the employees in this field are quality control. To this purpose, they employ a staff of quality control within the organization. The task of a quality control is researching products and production processes to obtain the required quality standards the tasks include quality control monitoring, testing and checking all the production processes involved in the production. They have to ensure quality standards are met by each component of the product or service provided by the company.
The responsibility of Quality Control:
- Monitoring the development of all products manufactured.
- Responsible for obtaining quality in products and services company.
- Commonly the task are the same in all industries, however, the method for determining the quality is varies in each company.
- Responsible for documentation, inspections and tests performed on the products
QC have to ensure the products of the company’s standards meet ISO quality such as 9001 , ISO 2200, FSSC etc.
That is a bit definition of Duties and responsibilities of QUALITY CONTROL
